I am a Business Coach that is influenced by Adventure: The ability to lead others into a growth mindset.

Although many of my summits have been mountain summits, I have learned the strength, determination and focus required in climbing mountains to help people like you grow your business and your team. There is value in taking risks, escaping the elusive comfort zone and stepping out. I know what it takes to pursue a challenge, a dream or a goal. There is no growth without change.

I had an amazing career as a professor in the field of Outdoor and Environmental Education before pursuing Business Coaching and Speaking. I witnessed the power of coaching students to reach beyond their perceived abilities and expectations. As a coach, I will move you from a “I think” and “I’m not sure” to “I know” and “I will” belief.
