This video is a 3 minute story about my long awaited dream to climb Island Peak in Nepal. I was thrilled to be selected and be one of 10 finalists to speak to 2,000 people at the March IMC John Maxwell Conference. On a side note, I had “tried out” for stage time two other times in the past.  Although both times I got to the semi finals, I was never selected as a finalist. I was thrilled to be selected.

How do you trim down a topic like leadership and have some take aways that can apply to your life and business? We did just that on our monthly Mastermind on the Mountain hike. Super weather, fabulous group of good energy people, and a helicopter crash (scenario) that got us applying decision making, communication, voice, and influence. We managed to make plenty of room for laughter as well!
